I have a mailbox with four users, two of whom are vacating the box. What is the simple way to remove them without deleting all the history?

How are these people listed? Are they listed in the Other Mail Recipient area? If so, simply go to the Other Mail Recipient area of the Boxholder Information form, select the user to be deleted from the list, the other mail recipient form will appear, click on the trash can.
